Customers using, buying or selling our products voluntarily assume the risk of death, personal injury or property damage caused or sustained while using, buying or selling the products, whether or not caused by the negligence or other fault of EM Felling, including but not limited to equipment malfunction from whatever cause.

Under no circumstances will EM Felling be liable for the voidance of your chainsaw manufacturer’s warranty.
